Tisana al carciofo di Cilento Infusionem
Il carciofo (Cynara scolymus) è una pianta erbacea perenne della famiglia delle Asteraceae, ampiamente diffusa nelle zone temperate.
Ha foglie grandi e lobate, biancastre sulla pagina inferiore, riunite in una rosetta basale. Il frutto è un achenio e l’ infiorescenza è costituita da un grande capolino composto da fiori tubulari di colore blu-viola.
I diversi fiori sono inseriti sul ricettacolo carnoso circondato da brattee anch’esse carnose alla base. Il loro insieme ci da il capolino; ottimo sia crudo che cotto oppure come tisana.
Per realizzare i nostri prodotti utilizziamo i carciofi della biodiversità campana come il Bianco di Pertosa e il Tondo di Paestum; in particolare le foglie della rosetta basale.
La tisana favorisce la diuresi e l’attività biliare andando a svolgere un’azione depurativa e per fegato e reni, manifesta anche una buona attività epatoprotettiva.
Composti chimici presenti: esteri dell’acido caffeico (acido clorogenico e cynarina) acidi organici (acido malico, succinico, lattico, fumarico, citrico), lattoni sesquiterpenici (cynaropicrina e derivati) che conferiscono il sapore amaro caratteristico.

DOSE: Si suggerisce un massimo di 1 tazza/ die dopo i pasti. Nell’ambito di una dieta sana ed equilibrata ed uno stile di vita sano.PREPARAZIONE: Versare un cucchiaino di tisana in acqua bollente (100 ml), lasciare in posa circa 10 minuti e filtrare.
